Overview
We have already created an accounting Software product for the client before to cater all the needs of small to large businesses. The product itself possessed many leading features that set them apart from their competitors. These include the sending of outstanding invoices with customer statements, to Manufacturing with Work Centres, Processing using Item Dimensions, Serial Number and Lot Control and much more such features that are used in day to day usage for any organization. After a couple of years, we got fortunate enough to work with the client again. This time they wanted to have a Xamarin application that has the same back end that their customers can use when they are not available on their desk and still want to perform their tasks.

The client has been offering highly affordable Softwares and Services to businesses throughout Africa for many years. Their main objective is to develop and support cutting edge solutions keeping all the real business needs in mind.
Core requirements were:
- Develop an application where the customer and their staff can easily manage the day to day operations of the organization when they are not available on their desk
- An application which can generate all the required documents i.e. Sales order, Sales quotation, Inventory management, etc.
- An application that features a stock count of the inventory available within the warehouse and updates it directly to the central system
- Rich dashboard wherein customer would be able to get a panoramic view of the different statistics related to their business

After gaining a deep understanding of their requirements, eTatvasoft came up with this powerful solution in leading cross-platform mobile technology. We have provided desired, structured, and error-free mobile application which enhance the capability of the organizations which are using this application.
The Solution
We have expertise in Xamarin application development and by leveraging our proficiency, we happened to develop a straightforward application consisting of substantial features like managing sales related documentation on the fly along with managing stock, their inventory and their internal transfers within the warehouses. It provides a range of features that customers can access when they are away from their desk and they want to update the central system.
Key features were:
- Generate sales order and sales quotation
- Count the inventory stock and manage the tracking of the stock
- Manage the goods received in the warehouse
- Generate Bin transfer and warehouse transfer of the products
- Performance Dashboard which showcases the high-level view of the inventory statistics
