Once your CV is shortlisted, you will receive a call from our recruitment team to schedule a face to face interview. Looking at the availability of candidates, we either conduct a face to face interview or conduct an interview via telephone or skype. In this process, we will evaluate a candidate's technical skills, communication and ability to face challenges.
Based on the profile, we evaluate the mandatory technical skills through practical tests. In this test, you will be gauged for your ability of coding, optimizing and logical reasoning of real-time scenario.This practical test will be conducted in the office premises as per the candidate’s convenience.
After you succeed in these rounds, one of the key members of our management will take you through our company’s work ethics. We will try to examine your career vision, cultural fit, discipline to work and similar factors to understand how your joining will bring an impact at eTatvaSoft.
Selection and Final Onboarding
Once you have passed all these screenings, you are set to get onboard. The final offer will be rolled out by the HR department and this decision will be a cumulative performance of all three rounds. With mutual consent, the joining date will be confirmed and the recruitment team will ensure you have a smooth onboarding.
